Medical Technologist Job in Arcata, CA

You will work as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist in the medical laboratory at Mad River Community Hospital in Arcata, California. This is a 91-day travel assignment offering stability and predictable hours in a community hospital setting.

Role and Responsibilities

• Perform clinical laboratory testing as a CLS Generalist
• Manage blood bank operations and specimen processing
• Ensure accuracy and quality in laboratory results
• Work collaboratively with hospital clinical teams

Schedule and Compensation

• Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
• 40 hours per week guaranteed
• $80 per hour
• Weekly pay of $2,336

Requirements

• Current California CLS or MLS license
• Blood bank experience required
• TB clearance completed within the past 12 months

You will have consistent afternoon and evening shifts with weekends off, giving you a reliable schedule during your assignment.
