Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

• Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Travel experience required
• Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
• 3 cath lab rooms with 5 beds; average daily census of 8-10 patients with a daily caseload of 5-10 cases
• Procedures include diagnostic cath, PCI, orbital atherectomy, IABP, Impella, and device implants; no EP studies or ablations
• Required skills include hemodynamic monitoring, EKG lead placement, obtaining vitals, sinus node rhythm interpretation, and maintaining sterile field
• Experience with GE Discovery, IABP, and Impella required; pacemaker experience preferred
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and RCIS, RCES, or ARRT CV
• Epic charting system experience required; Merge preferred; Pyxis and SBAR also used
• Floating required within department, facility, and possibility to float to sister campus
• Every other weekend required unless otherwise specified
• 10 call days per month required
• Holiday coverage required based on number of major holidays falling within assignment period
• Maximum 7 days of requested time off per contract; all RTO must be finalized at time of submission
• Scrubs provided by the facility
