PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• 13-week contract assignment with guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Monday-Thursday shifts from 7:30/8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday 7:30/8:00 AM until 40 hours completed (shorter day)
• On-call requirement: 1 weekend per month with 2-hour minimum callback
• Float to Aspirus Ironwood Clinic as needed
• Must live outside 50-mile radius from facility
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, Michigan PT licensure, NPI number
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy required
• Will accept new graduates
• Use Epic EMR system for documentation
• Treat outpatient and inpatient mix across lifespan from pediatrics through geriatrics
• Handle orthopedic cases including post-op TKA, THA, TSA, and outpatient neurology
• Evaluate, treat, and plan patient care in accordance with Physical Therapy standards of practice
• Document to meet regulatory and reimbursement requirements
• Casual professional attire required
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
• Must comply with facility mask policy during flu season if declining vaccinations
