X-Ray Technician Job in Elyria, OH

Elyria Medical Center is seeking an X-Ray Technician to join our diagnostic imaging department on a 91-day travel assignment beginning July 5, 2026. You will perform diagnostic radiography for outpatient, inpatient, and Emergency Department patients in a hospital setting.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures using digital imaging equipment including Philips Diagnostic CS, Quantum QG-65, Philips Combi-Diagnostic RF, Shimadzu Radspeed, Siemens Multix, and Carestream systems
• Complete portable imaging procedures at bedside and throughout the facility
• Assist with fluoroscopy and surgical imaging as needed
• Maintain patient safety and proper positioning for optimal image quality
• Work rotating shifts including daytime, evening, and overnight hours
• Cover every other weekend, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Support holiday coverage as required

Requirements

• Allied Health Professional credential (X-Ray Technician)
• Current Ohio Department of Health (ODH) license
• ARRT certification
• BLS certification
• Previous experience as a Radiographer

Shift Details

You will work rotating shifts, which may include 10:30 AM–7:00 PM, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, 5:30 PM–1:00 AM, or 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. Every other weekend you will work 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. Orientation and on-site support will be provided to help you transition smoothly into the role.

This is a fixed-duration assignment offering weekly pay of $2,288 with ADEX Healthcare Staffing.
