Job Details:

• Work 8-10 hour flexible day shifts with 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week contract assignment starting as soon as possible
• Position is primarily outpatient with some inpatient work as needed
• Treat 8-10 patients with both inpatient and outpatient care
• Possibility of 1-2 weekends required but no holidays
• No floating or on-call requirements
• Must reside within 50 miles of the facility
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC), Wisconsin PT license, and NPI number
• Bachelor's degree required, Doctorate degree preferred
• Minimum experience in general PT/ortho skills with both inpatient and outpatient experience required
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Business casual attire required
• Must be a hard worker, resilient, manage change well, and able to work independently while completing tasks in a timely manner
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours with potential for on-call placement
