<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>OT - OT</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM<br>• Perform an average of four visits per day combining evaluations and revisits<br>• Coverage area includes north-eastern Sacramento into Folsom<br>• First to float position<br>• Minimum 2 years experience in a healthcare setting required<br>• California OT license required<br>• Required certifications: BLS and NPI number<br>• Current driver&#39;s license and proof of automobile insurance required<br>• Will consider COTA with home health experience if no OT applicants available<br>• Mileage is billable per GSA guidelines beginning after departure from first assignment<br>• Personal timesheets showing mileage must be signed by home health supervisors<br>• Twice monthly meetings required for timesheet signatures or photocopies may be emailed for approval<br>• Chart using Cerner system<br>• Two supervisory references required at submittal (charge nurse accepted): one within 12 months and one within 3 years<br>• Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for shorter assignments</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare organization provides comprehensive home health services focusing on post-acute care in the community setting.
