Physical Therapist Job in Bentonville, AR

You will work as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting within a physician practice. This is a travel position offering stability and straightforward clinical work in a structured environment.

Position Details:

• 36 hours guaranteed per week with expectation to work up to 40 hours
• 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts during daytime hours
• 89-week contract starting July 6, 2026
• No floating to other clinics
• Overtime requires director approval before hours are worked

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Treat outpatient orthopedic patients in a physician-directed setting
• See 12–14 patients per day
• Maintain a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Double-booking of follow-up visits is part of the standard workflow

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapist credential required
• Outpatient experience is preferred
• New graduates are accepted
• First-time travelers are welcome

Compensation:

Weekly pay is $1,959.03.
