Job Details:

• Serve as an assessing therapist with a lighter caseload while taking on Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) responsibilities
• Attend morning meetings and facility meetings and manage scheduling
• Provide strong leadership and direction to the rehabilitation team including PT, OT, ST, PTA, and COTA staff
• Oversee and ensure compliance with PDPM processes
• Develop and enhance rehabilitation programs for high-acuity patients
• Foster collaboration among interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor and analyze clinical and financial performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
• No on-call responsibilities
• No weekend shifts required
• Minimum 1 year of SLP experience required
• Experience in a leadership role within a SNF/LTC rehab setting required
• Knowledge of PDPM required
• Missouri state license required
