PCU - Progressive Care Unit

RN - PCU

Job Details:

• Apply the nursing process to the care of patients within the RN scope of practice
• Teach patients and significant others regarding care and treatment
• Document patient care accurately in the medical record
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to effectively coordinate overall care of patients
• On-call schedule to be determined by facility
• Weekend schedule to be determined by facility
• Minimum 24 months of current Intermediate/Progressive Care Unit experience required
• Acute care hospital experience required
• PCU, IMCU, Telemetry, or Stepdown experience will be considered
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA) - certifications do not need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain
• Oregon nursing license required - does not need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain
• Resume required
