Opportunity:

RN - Circulator OR

Job Details:

• Work day shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM with call responsibilities
• Exact shift times and days may vary based on patient volume
• 13-week assignment starting as soon as possible
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Minimum 2+ years of operating room experience required
• Must have strength in orthopedic, neurological, robotics, ENT, general surgery, and urology procedures
• Cerner EMR experience required
• CNOR certification preferred
• Expected to float between campuses as needed
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in surgical patient care
• Work as part of surgical team with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and operating room technicians
• Ensure supplies availability and timeliness of surgical cases
• Communicate with patient families throughout surgical procedures
• Update physician preference cards and scrub/assist physicians during cases
• Supervise personnel delivering patient care in operating room environment
• Follow State Nurse Practice Act, AORN standards, and regulatory requirements
