Physical Therapist

Opportunity:

PT - Physical Therapist Outpatient

Job Details:

• 8-hour day shifts Monday through Friday
• Weekend rotation required, every 6th weekend
• No on-call requirements
• Holiday coverage as needed
• Will be working primarily in York County with potential support to neighboring counties, mainly western York and Adams County
• Mileage reimbursement provided at current mileage rate; mileage must be submitted at the same time as work hours with supporting documentation
• Approximately 6 patient visits per day serving adult and geriatric populations
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Travel experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC only)
• OASIS documentation abilities preferred but not required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Pre-approved time off maximum of 2 requests; RTO limited to 7 days maximum per contract
• Tobacco and fragrance free environment
• Manager interview required
