CVOR Registered Nurse Job in Philadelphia, PA

Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Cardiothoracic Operating Room (CVOR). You will work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM on a 4x10 schedule for a 91-day travel assignment beginning July 13, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scrub and circulate for all types of CVOR cases
• Manage on-call duties 1–2 days per week and 1 weekend per month, plus holiday on-call when applicable
• Potential to float to the general OR or Einstein Medical Center Montgomery for cardiac cases
• Work with patients across all age groups: adolescents, adults, and geriatrics

Requirements:

• Current Pennsylvania nursing license (required at submission)
• 3+ years of nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Level I Trauma experience
• Travel nursing experience
• Charge nurse experience preferred

Additional Information:

• Charting system: Cerner (Surginet)
• Scrubs provided
• Flu vaccine required (medical and religious exemptions honored)
• Complete lab work within 48 hours of signing
• Pennsylvania fingerprinting required; travel time may be necessary
• Pass/Fail exam not required for OR candidates
