Cath Lab Technologist Job in Tucson, AZ

Northwest Medical Center in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment. You will work day shifts on a 4x10 schedule from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scrubbing and monitoring duties in the cardiac catheterization lab
• Maintain sterile technique during cath lab procedures including angiograms, PCI, complex cases (CTO, L main, PFO, device implant, PE thrombectomy, IR cases, and peripheral procedures)
• Monitor and record procedures on the MacLab system (training provided)
• Operate Impella and IABP equipment
• Manage product knowledge and restock rooms as needed
• Provide STEMI coverage as required
• Handle on-call responsibilities including 9-10 shifts per month and 1 weekend shift

Required Qualifications:

• Allied Health Professional degree
• Current ARRT certification (RCIS certifications not accepted)
• Cardiac Cath Lab experience required
• Proficiency with sterile technique and cath lab procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

• Structural heart experience

• Weekly pay: $3,212
• Assignment duration: 13 weeks
