Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• 36 weekly guaranteed hours with 36 weekend hours
• Call requirements include 2 hours for the oncoming shift
• 3+ years of experience required
• Float requirements include NICU/PICU, acute care pediatrics, ED, adult acute and critical care
• Required certifications: BLS, RRT license
• Preferred certifications: ACLS, NRP for NICU
• Patient ratios: acute care 1:25, critical care 1:8
• Work with various ventilators including Drager V500 and VN500, Hamilton T1 and C1, Respironics V30, V60, Trilogy line, Airvo, Vapotherm
• Use EPIC electronic medical record system
• Work as part of a team of 14-16 respiratory therapists covering the entire facility
• Must have tertiary, teaching hospital experience and level 1 trauma experience
• Preferred experience in NICU/PICU and cardiothoracic
• Scrubs provided or flexible dress code policy
• Must demonstrate flexibility, teamwork, and excellent communication skills
