Opportunity:

Registered Nurse - PCU

Job Details:

• Work three 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Weekend rotation and holiday rotation required
• No call responsibilities
• 2 years of nursing experience required, first-time travelers welcome
• Must have Progressive Care Unit experience with 1:5 patient ratios
• Cardiac telemetry experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH
• Must pass EKG exam during compliance (2 attempts allowed)
• EPIC charting system experience required
• Floating between all campuses required as needed
• Management and interpretation of dysrhythmias required
• Experience with peripheral line care/management and PICC line management
• Ability to titrate drips required
• 36-hour orientation provided
• Work with adult patients on a 34-bed general medical progressive care unit
• All beds are telemetry monitored with cardiac surveillance
• Zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences
• Must complete compliance file by 12 noon EST Wednesday prior to start date
