OR - Operating Room

Opportunity:

RN - OR Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 7:15 AM to 3:30 PM
• One 24-hour call shift one weekend per month required
• Day shift position in operating room inpatient setting
• Contract begins after 7/11/26
• Perform nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation and evaluation
• Provide relationship-based patient centered care adapted for diverse patient populations
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care
• Complete timely documentation and promote respectful clinical environment
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and research utilization
• Complete all mandatory education and professional competency assessments
• Associate's degree in nursing or diploma nursing required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Required certifications: RN license (single state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification
• Less than 1 year experience required with completion of accredited nursing school
• Direct patient care experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills required
• Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies
• Excellent time management and critical thinking skills essential
