PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Work 8-10 hour flexible day shifts with 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week contract length starting ASAP
• No weekend or holiday requirements
• Can be low censused and placed on call with 2-hour minimum callback
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours
• See 8-10 patients focusing on orthopedic outpatient care
• Pediatric and workman's compensation experience a plus
• Master's degree required
• Required certifications: AHA or ARC BLS and Wisconsin PT license
• NPI number required (must start application process if not already obtained)
• Epic charting experience preferred
• New graduates welcome with general PT/ortho skills
• Business casual attire required
• Must be able to work independently and complete tasks in timely manner
• Must reside within 50 miles of facility location
• During flu season, unvaccinated staff required to wear masks at all times
