<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>SMH Level 4 RN OR Neurovascular Moderate Sedation - SMH : L4RN : OR RN</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work day shifts with 10 or 12-hour shift options<br>• On-call requirements for weekends and nights<br>• Provide moderate sedation nursing care in the operating room<br>• Care for a wide variety of patients across multiple specialties including orthopedics, general surgery, plastics, urology, cardiac, neuro, vascular, ophthalmic, GYN, ENT, thoracic, oral-maxillofacial, and trauma<br>• Work in a level 1 trauma center environment<br>• Operate with 2 DaVinci robots used by multi-services<br>• Support transplant program involving livers, kidneys, and hearts<br>• Circulate only - no scrubbing responsibilities<br>• New York RN license required (NY license only)<br>• Moderate sedation experience required<br>• Interventional radiology (IR) experience required<br>• Two years of OR experience in a level 1 trauma hospital preferred<br>• Telemetry experience required<br>• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association only)</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This major academic medical center operates as a level 1 trauma center with comprehensive surgical services and advanced medical technology.
