<p><strong>RN Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>RN - OR Inpatient</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work day shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, 3 days per week<br>• Schedule primarily Monday through Friday with possible weekends for call shifts<br>• 30-minute call back requirement with on-call per unit rotation<br>• Perform nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation<br>• Provide relationship-based patient centered care consistent with population specific characteristics<br>• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care<br>• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and timely documentation<br>• Complete all initial and ongoing professional competency assessments and mandatory education<br>• Serve as preceptor and/or mentor for other professional nurses and staff<br>• Participate in evidence-based practice, nursing research, and performance improvement activities<br>• Associates, Diploma, or Bachelor&#39;s degree in Nursing required (Bachelor&#39;s preferred)<br>• Georgia RN license or multi-state compact license required<br>• BLS certification required upon hire<br>• Less than 1 year experience required with completion of accredited nursing school<br>• Direct patient care experience preferred<br>• Must possess strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills<br>• Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies decisively<br>• Excellent time management and critical thinking skills required</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare facility operates as part of a comprehensive health system that emphasizes evidence-based practice and research-driven patient care.
