Job Details:

• Work 10-hour shifts across rotating schedules: Days 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, Evenings 11:30 AM–10:00 PM, or Nights 8:30 PM–7:00 AM
• Must be prepared to work shifts as needed by the department
• Minimal time-off requests will be granted
• Department covers all aspects of laboratory work including blood bank (gel), drug screens, breath alcohols, and therapeutic phlebotomy for the community
• Perform blood draws for ER, floor, and outpatient settings
• Must be proficient in performing phlebotomy on all ages, including newborns
• Experience with arterial sticks preferred due to small Respiratory Department
• Minimum of 2 years experience as MT or MLT Generalist required, including experience with Blood Bank and Phlebotomy
• Active ASCP or AMT certification required
• BLS certification not required
• Equipment used includes: VITROS XT 3400 Chemistry Analyzer, VITROS 5600, VITROS ECi, VITROS XNL 550-450, and VITEK-2 (Micro)
• Reliable personal transportation required as the area does not have rideshare services
