Opportunity:

PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant

Job Details:

• Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 8 hours per day with 40 hours guaranteed per week
• 13-week assignment
• Home health setting covering Osceola County split between east and west coverage areas
• Average daily mileage of approximately 35 miles with IRS mileage reimbursement provided
• Average of 6 patient visits per day minimum
• Florida state license required
• SSN and Date of Birth required for credentialing
• 1 professional reference from entire work history required
• National Certification required
• Must comply with internal call-off policy: if calling off on a weekend or holiday, be prepared for manager to schedule an alternative weekend or holiday shift
