Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job in Columbus, OH

Mount Carmel East is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 90-day travel assignment beginning June 21, 2026. You will perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures, operate specialized equipment, and provide direct patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM (4x10 days)
• On-call responsibilities: one day per week, minimum every 4th weekend
• Weekday on-call hours: 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Weekend on-call hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Weekly pay: $2,831.40

Your Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures according to established protocols
• Operate nuclear medicine equipment and handle radioactive materials safely and in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide patient care and education during imaging procedures
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
• Follow all safety and infection control procedures

Required Qualifications

• Current AART (American Association of Radiologic Technologists) or NMTCB (Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board) certification
• Current Ohio state license
• Allied Health Professional degree
