Cath Lab Technologist Job in Orange Park, FL

You'll work as a Cath Lab Technologist at HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital, supporting a wide range of cardiac interventional procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Scrub for diagnostic left heart catheterization, right heart catheterization, PCI, STEMI, and peripheral interventions
• Monitor patients during procedures and assist with scrubbing as needed
• Float to prep and recovery areas to provide support
• Work with procedures including stroke intervention, carotid stenting, and peripheral diagnostic and intervention cases
• Operate and support advanced equipment including GE Innova, OCT, Boston IVUS, Impella, IABP, RotoPro, CSI, and Penumbra systems
• Document using MacLab and Meditech systems
• Collaborate with 5–10 physicians and a dedicated charge nurse on daily workflow coordination

Schedule and Compensation

• Work four 10-hour shifts per week, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Scheduled every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees
• On-call schedule includes 2 call teams with approximately 15–18 days per month
• Weekly pay: $2,628
• Assignment duration: 91 days
• Start date: April 13, 2026

Requirements

• 1+ years of Cath Lab experience
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• RCIS, RCES, or RT(R) certification
• Facility-supplied ceil blue scrubs
