Physical Therapist Job in Napa, CA

As a Physical Therapist, you will provide personalized rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing facility setting. You'll work with patients requiring post-acute care and help them regain mobility, strength, and independence through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

What You'll Do

• Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing care
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Execute therapeutic exercises and interventions to support recovery
• Document progress and communicate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Collaborate with nursing, social work, and other departments to optimize patient outcomes

Position Details

• Location: Napa Valley Care Center, with potential to float between two facilities within walking distance. The second facility is located at Napa Post Acute, 705 Trancas Street, Napa, CA 94558
• Shift: Flex scheduling
• Duration: 91 days
• Start Date: April 13, 2026
• Weekly Pay: $2,482

What We're Looking For

• Current Physical Therapist license and degree in Therapy
• SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience preferred
• Ability to work flexibly across multiple locations
• Strong clinical skills and patient-centered care approach
