Opportunity:

PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant Rehab Outpatient

Job Details:

• Work primarily Monday through Friday with inpatient and outpatient services
• Outpatient schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
• Inpatient schedule: Tuesday, Thursday
• Possibility of weekend coverage in inpatient as needed (rare occurrence)
• Time off available during the week when working weekends
• Daily census of 10 patients with 10 visits per day
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
• 20 hours of orientation required
• 2 years of experience required, first-time travelers accepted
• Must have South Carolina state licensure at time of submission
• Required certifications: BLS, PTA
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Must provide 2 supervisory references
• 50-mile radius rule applies
• May float within hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals
• Complete pre-start modules averaging 2 hours (non-billable)
• Overtime available after 48 hours for 4x12 schedules
• Former permanent staff must be away for 5 years before eligible to return as traveler
