PACU RN Job in Mount Clemens, MI

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an RN for a travel position in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at McLaren Macomb in Mount Clemens, Michigan. This is a temporary assignment lasting 91 days, beginning November 9, 2026.

Position Details

• Specialty: PACU - Post Anesthesia Care
• Shift: 3x12 nights per week
• Weekly pay: $2,271
• Assignment duration: 91 days

Requirements

• Current Michigan nursing license
• Minimum 2 years of PACU experience
• Active ACLS and BLS certifications
• On-call availability with 1-hour response time
• Flexibility with variable weekend scheduling

In this role, you will monitor and care for patients in the immediate postoperative period, manage pain and nausea, assess vital signs, and coordinate with the surgical team. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and quick decision-making are essential. Your experience in PACU nursing will be valued as you provide continuity of care during this critical phase of recovery.
