PACU RN Job in Clarkston, WA

You will work as an RN in Post Anesthesia Care at Tri-State, providing direct patient care in a 10-hour shift format on a 4x10 schedule. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning November 9, 2026.

Your Role

You will deliver nursing care across the Outpatient Services area, including the Post Anesthesia Care Unit, Day Surgery, Pre-operative Clinic, Endoscopy Lab, and conscious sedation settings for special procedures. Your responsibilities include performing pre-operative and post-operative nursing assessments, providing peri-operative education, monitoring patients through Phase II recovery, and recognizing and responding to post-anesthesia and post-operative complications.

Key Responsibilities

• Work variable scheduling with shared on-call rotation participation
• Float to multiple areas within Outpatient Services as needed
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and patient education
• Provide post-anesthesia monitoring and Phase II care
• Manage infusion care and conscious sedation support
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and respond to complications

Requirements

You must hold a current RN license and have a minimum of two years of experience in SSSU, PACU, pre-operative, and post-operative care. Strong clinical skills across pre-operative, post-operative, PACU, Phase II, Endoscopy, and Infusion care are expected.

Compensation

You will earn $2,171 per week for this assignment.
