Physical Therapist

Opportunity:

PT - Physical Therapist Outpatient

Job Details:

• Work five 8-hour days per week, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• No on-call, weekend, or floating requirements
• Provide neurological and orthopedic physical therapy services
• Minimum 2 years of experience required for submission, 5 years preferred
• Work with patients of all age groups: adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• BLS certification required (must be AHA certified)
• California PT license required at time of submission
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Travel experience required
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• 7-year work history verification required
• May float to other locations if census is low on home unit
• Complete orientation modules through e-learning (1-5 hours average)
