Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

<p><strong>RN Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>RN - NICU</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM<br>• Schedule varies as needed<br>• 13-week assignment duration<br>• Minimum 2 years of experience within NICU specialty required<br>• Required certifications: AHA BLS and NRP<br>• Care for very high acuity neonatal patients from 22 weeks gestation and greater<br>• Provide intensive care therapies including total body cooling<br>• Operate conventional ventilators up to High Frequency Oscillator Ventilation<br>• Administer inhaled nitric oxide therapy<br>• Manage vasopressor and sedation continuous IV drips<br>• Perform central line maintenance<br>• Conduct neonatal resuscitation procedures<br>• No local candidates within 50 miles will be considered</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare facility operates a specialized Neonatal Intensive Care Unit within their Women&#39;s Pavilion, providing comprehensive care for the most critically ill newborns.
