SLP Job in Pittsfield, MA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 91-day travel position with Berkshire Visiting Nurse Association - HillCrest Campus in Pittsfield, MA. You will provide direct speech therapy services to home health clients in a role that emphasizes clinical independence and comprehensive patient care planning.

Position Details:

• 5x8 day shift schedule (Monday–Friday, 8-hour days)
• Weekly pay: $2,880
• Start date: July 6, 2026
• Duration: 91 days
• 8-hour non-billable orientation included
• No on-call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech therapy services directly to home health clients
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members on comprehensive care plans
• Provide patient care in clients' homes using rehabilitation equipment, language/communication aids, devices, and wheelchairs
• Weekend coverage required approximately every 4–6 weeks, plus holiday coverage as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow status
• Massachusetts Speech and Language Pathologist License
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of home care SLP experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle (firm requirement for home visits)
• Residency more than 50 miles from the facility
