Perfusionist Job in Nashville, TN

Monroe Carell JR. Childrens Hospital in Nashville, TN is seeking a Perfusionist for a 91-day travel assignment. You will work 4x10-hour shifts per week, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with call every 3rd weekend.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide perfusion support for pediatric congenital heart patients ages 0-21 years
• Manage VAD procedures including Pedimag/Centrimag, Heartmate III, and Berlin systems
• Operate Point of Care (POC) devices during procedures
• Work with equipment including Spectrum HLM, Hepcon HMS, Fresenius CATS Cell Saver, Hemochron Jr. ACT, and CardioQuip Heater Coolers
• No ECMO procedures are included in this role
• No float requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of perfusion experience with 1 year recent experience in a Level 3 Trauma facility
• Tennessee Clinical Perfusionist License
• BLS certification
• ABCP (American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion) certification
• High school diploma or college degree required for CAPS certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pediatric experience
• Prior travel healthcare experience

Orientation occurs weekly on Mondays. This assignment begins May 18, 2026. Weekly pay is $6,336.
