X-Ray Technician Job in Traverse City, MI

Munson Medical Center is seeking an X-Ray Technician to join the Radiology department in Traverse City, Michigan. You will work day shifts from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM on a 5x8 schedule with no weekend coverage required during your standard rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist providers during interventional radiology procedures, including angio and neuro cases
• Perform sterile fluid preparation in the procedure suite
• Support imaging operations using advanced equipment including Siemens Biplane systems
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and sterile protocols

Schedule Details:

• Primary schedule: 5 day shifts per week, 8 hours each
• One holiday coverage shift depending on contract length
• On-call responsibilities: one night per week and one weekend every 3rd–5th rotation based on staffing needs

Requirements:

• Current ARRT certification
• Current BLS certification
• Completion of accredited radiology program education
• Demonstrated experience in interventional radiology with angio and neuro procedures
• Siemens Biplane experience is helpful
