ED Registered Nurse Job in Great Barrington, MA

You'll work as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Fairview Hospital in Great Barrington, MA. This is a 91-day temporary assignment running nights on a 3x12 schedule, starting July 6, 2026. You'll earn $2,410.56 weekly.

Role Requirements

• Current Massachusetts RN License
• Minimum 2 years Emergency Room experience
• BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and PALS (AHA) certifications required
• Supervisory signed reference from the past two years

Preferred Qualifications

• ED Triage and Cardiac Room experience
• IV Certification
• Meditech Expanse experience
• ENPC and CEN certifications
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

What You'll Do

You'll function independently under general guidance of the Director, following unit-specific guidelines, protocols, and policies. You'll apply time management, communication, planning, delegating, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced emergency setting. Critical thinking and emotional stability are essential in this role.

Schedule & Expectations

• Every other weekend schedule; holidays required if needed
• No on-call responsibilities
• Maximum 5 days of requested time off accepted during your 91-day assignment
• Skills checklist for Emergency Department required within 1 year

Logistics

• You must provide your own vehicle for transportation
• Personal scrubs of any color are acceptable
