Job Details:

• Minimum 1 year of experience required, first-time travelers accepted
• Both circulating and scrubbing experience required (HARD STOP requirement)
• Work in main OR for General, Neuro, Spine, Ortho, Robotics, Urology, Vascular, and Colorectal procedures
• 16 operating rooms with average daily census of 35 cases
• Patient population includes adults to geriatrics
• Required certification: BLS
• Epic and Pyxis systems experience, work with 2 DaVinci XI robots
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Maximum 7 days RTO per contract
• Average 2-3 weekend shifts per contract period
• Call requirements: 7-8 calls in 6-week schedule plus 1 weekend call and 1-2 weekend shifts
• Holiday coverage required based on assignment period (1-2 holidays if 2-3 fall during assignment)
• Floating is rare
• GA or compact nursing license required
• Full compliance required to start on time with bi-weekly orientation schedule
• Clinical screening required for final approval
• 72 hours of orientation (non-billable, factored into contract)
• Must complete core items/labs within 48 hours of contract signing
