CT Technologist Job in Omaha, NE

You'll work as a CT Technologist at CHI Health Creighton University Medical Center – Bergan Mercy in Omaha, Nebraska. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning August 31, 2026, paying $2,868 per week.

Schedule & Hours

• 3x12 night shifts: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Set schedule with weekend requirements
• Holiday coverage required as needed by the department
• 36 to 40 hours of department-specific orientation provided

Your Role

You'll perform CT imaging including CTAs, cardiac studies, and perfusion imaging for a mixed patient population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. You'll support busy OR and ER departments in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Overnight technologists are preferred to be capable of performing both CT and X-ray. You must be capable of performing venipuncture as required and may float between the main campus and stand-alone ER urgent care campus.

Facility Details

The department operates 8 treatment areas using Siemens equipment and Bracco contrast injectors. The charting system is EPIC with McKesson PACS. You'll receive a radiation badge and have access to Level 1 trauma experience in this environment.

Requirements

• Allied Health Professional credential
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• ARRT (R) certification required
• ARRT (CT) certification preferred
• Level 1 trauma experience and travel experience required
• Valid driver's license required at submittal
• Artificial nails prohibited in all patient care departments
