RN - Endoscopy

Job Details:

• 2+ years of RN Endoscopy experience required
• Must maintain strict attendance policy - 3 strikes for absences or being more than 20 minutes late results in immediate termination
• Weekend and call shifts are not required but available
• Required certification: BLS (AHA)
• Michigan nursing license required
• Work on Level 3 Medical-Surgical Unit caring for diverse patient population with complex medical conditions
• Handle patients with infectious diseases, oncology, behavioral health, hospice and end-of-life care
• Work in fast-paced 26-bed unit environment
• Participate in innovative Virtual Nursing staffing model for team-based patient care
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop individualized patient care plans
• Demonstrate clinical expertise, leadership, effective communication, and time management skills
• Utilize Clinical Practice Model (CPM) and Caring-Quality Model in patient care
