Physical Therapist Job in Crestwood, Kentucky

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for an outpatient physical therapy position in Crestwood, Kentucky. This is a 89-week travel assignment starting July 27, 2026.

Position Details

• Outpatient physical therapy setting
• 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (Days)
• 36 hours guaranteed per week with expectation of working up to 40 hours
• No floating to other clinic locations required
• Overtime must be approved by director before hours are worked

Clinical Responsibilities

• Treat orthopedic patient population including TMJ, dizziness, and post-operative cases
• See 12 to 14 patients per day
• Productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected

Qualifications

• Outpatient physical therapy experience required
• New graduates will not be considered
• Prior travel assignment experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered

Compensation

Weekly pay: $2,091
