<p><strong>RN Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>RN - PCU</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work in 12-bed Burn ICU unit providing specialized care for burn patients<br>• Patient ratios: ICU patients 2:1, Med/surg and PCU patients 4:1<br>• Minimum 4 weekend shifts per schedule (schedules are 4 weeks)<br>• Med/surg experience required<br>• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS<br>• Work with specialized equipment including ventilators, specialty beds, and occasionally CRRT<br>• Use Meditech documentation system<br>• Navy scrubs required dress code<br>• Unit staffing includes Charge RN, RNs, and PCT support<br>• Contract labor floats first according to facility floating policy</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare facility is a comprehensive medical center that provides specialized burn and intensive care services.
