Opportunity:

Registered Nurse - CVOR

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour shifts Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Days during the week will vary depending on unit needs and block schedule not available
• Call requirements mandatory for all travelers in cardiac surgery with 3 layers of call 24/7
• Call requirements vary every 6 weeks in addition to 3 x 12 hour shifts
• Must be able to scrub and circulate cardiac surgeries
• Float required between operating rooms but not between locations
• Minimum 2 years CVOR OR experience required
• Prior travel experience required
• Must be willing to take call requirements
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Work with complex patient population including CABG/valve procedures, repeat cardiac procedures, heart failure, ECMO, VAD, heart and lung transplant, PTE, cardiac trauma, and adult congenital cases
• Adult patient population only - no pediatrics
• Interview required with manager to offer process
