Telemetry RN Job in Greensburg, PA

Westmoreland Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Telemetry unit in Greensburg, PA. This is a 91-day travel assignment running from August 24, 2026, with a night shift schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week at $1,990.66 weekly pay.

Role Overview

You will care for patients across a 27-room, 34-bed unit serving adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations. Patient ratios are 6:1 across all shifts. You'll manage medical non-monitored conditions and post-operative patients recovering from joint replacement, weight loss management surgery, and general surgery procedures.

Required Skills & Responsibilities

• IV management, PICC line management, and central line blood draws
• Port access and management
• Blood product administration
• Heparin and insulin administration
• Tracheostomy care and wound care, including wound vac management
• Dysrhythmia recognition and management
• Weekend coverage required with four weekend shifts per contract
• Willingness to float within the hospital and to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA only) required
• Active Pennsylvania or Compact nursing license
• Cerner charting system experience preferred
• Community hospital experience preferred
