Respiratory Therapist Job in Rock Hill, SC

Piedmont Medical Center is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 91-day travel assignment. You will work 4x12 night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) and earn $2,108.16 weekly.

Your Role

As an Allied Health Professional, you will provide respiratory therapy to patients under physician orders. You'll manage complex cases across multiple ICU settings, including an 8-bed CVICU, 8-bed SICU, and 16-bed MICU. Your responsibilities include:

• Performing all types of respiratory care and diagnostic testing
• Conducting treadmill tests and pulmonary function tests (PFTs)
• Maintaining ABG machines and performing hemodynamic monitoring
• Assisting with special procedures and ENGs
• Teaching and mentoring staff members
• Charting in the Cerner system

Expert proficiency is required, with the ability to handle complex patient situations and provide clinical guidance to other team members.

Requirements

Navy scrubs are required for this position. You must hold current RRT certification and demonstrate expert-level clinical skills in respiratory care across multiple ICU specialties.
