Respiratory Therapist Job in Lansing, MI

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 91-day travel assignment at McLaren Greater Lansing in Lansing, Michigan. You will work the night shift on a 3x12 schedule, with on-call responsibilities and every third weekend required.

About the Role

You will deliver respiratory therapy and patient care in accordance with physician orders, hospital policies, and established procedures. Your responsibilities include:

• Perform therapeutic and diagnostic pulmonary and cardiovascular procedures
• Evaluate patient and resident response to respiratory therapy and implement appropriate corrective actions
• Provide education to patients and staff regarding respiratory procedures, equipment operation, and safety precautions
• Perform routine maintenance and service checks on respiratory equipment
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to your work

Requirements

You must hold a current Michigan state license and be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). A minimum of 2+ years of RRT experience is required. You must be trained and proficient in ventilator, BiPAP, ICU, ER, and ABG procedures. Current BLS and NBRC certifications are mandatory. ACLS certification is preferred.

Assignment Details

Start date: June 15, 2026. Weekly pay: $1,866.24. This is a temporary position lasting 91 days.
