Telemetry RN Job in Elmira, NY

You will work as an RN in the Stress Lab at Arnot Ogden Medical Center, performing cardiac stress testing in a combined Stress and Echo Lab alongside RNs and Cardiac Sonographers.

Schedule and Duration

• Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Saturday call shift, 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM for inpatient studies with echo tech
• No stress testing performed on weekends
• 91-day assignment starting May 11, 2026

Your Responsibilities

• Perform stress testing including plain treadmill, nuclear stress, and stress echocardiogram
• Start IVs and push Definity medication
• Learn and implement stress testing protocols
• Work with onsite Cardiologists who read all studies and are present for dobutamine stress testing
• Coordinate with Nuclear Med Tech for all nuclear stress testing
• Perform both inpatient and outpatient stress testing
• Utilize GE Ventri Nuclear Cameras and Epic software for reporting

Requirements

• RN degree
• Telemetry experience is mandatory
• Cardiology experience required

Compensation

• Weekly pay: $2,774

You will work in a clinical environment with direct support from onsite physicians and specialized technicians, allowing you to expand your expertise in cardiac stress testing protocols.
