Physical Therapist Outpatient Job in Florissant, MO

You'll work as a Physical Therapist in a freestanding outpatient facility at Northwest HealthCare in Florissant, Missouri. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting May 18, 2026, with flexible scheduling options.

Schedule & Hours

• 4x10 days: Two days 8:00 AM–6:30 PM and two days 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• No on-call requirements, no floating

Your Role

You'll provide one-on-one patient care with a daily load of approximately 3 evaluations. You'll handle about 14 evaluations per week, with 60-minute evaluation sessions and 30–60 minute treatment sessions based on patient needs. Your patient population is approximately 70% orthopedic and 30% neurological, spanning adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Chart review time is built into your schedule: 30 minutes three times daily for 10-hour shifts. You'll maintain 65% productivity standards and work alongside a multidisciplinary team that includes PTs, PTAs, OTs, and SLPs.

Requirements & Credentials

• Minimum 1 year of experience
• BLS certification required
• Epic charting system experience (training provided during orientation)
• First-time travelers are welcome

Onboarding & Support

You'll complete 1.5 days of hospital orientation plus 1.5 days of department orientation. Additional charting time is provided during your first 1–2 weeks to help you transition smoothly. Business casual dress code applies.

Compensation

Weekly pay is $2,514.24.
