Opportunity:

MRI Tech - MRI RAD Tech

Job Details:

• Day shift position working 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 13-week contract duration
• Call required with after-hours and weekend rotation (1 day per week and 1 weekend per month)
• 48-hour guaranteed shifts cannot be accommodated
• Blocked schedules cannot be accommodated
• No floating required
• EMR system: Medhost
• Minimum 2+ years of MRI experience required
• Required certifications and licenses: BLS, MRT, and New Mexico state license
• Preferred but not required: graduate of an accredited AMA school and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) with Magnetic Resonance Imaging Registry (MR) through ARRT
• Provide timely imaging services to both inpatient and outpatient populations under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols
• Perform MRI imaging with ability to adjust parameters to study soft tissue, arterial system, brain, spine, joints, and extremities with or without the use of contrast media
