<p><strong>RN Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>RN - Infusion</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 8-hour day shifts with varying start and end times, primarily 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM<br>• Monday through Friday schedule with no call responsibilities<br>• Department operates from 8:00 AM until 5:30 PM<br>• Must pass open book skills exam on Friday during orientation with 90% or higher to continue<br>• High preference for chemo certified nurses<br>• Provide infusion services for approximately 50 patients per day<br>• Administer chemotherapy, antibiotics, blood products, iron, and fluids<br>• Perform various injections as needed<br>• Use EPIC charting system for documentation<br>• Must maintain valid driver&#39;s license and reside outside 50-mile radius<br>• Required certification: BLS (AHA)<br>• BSN degree not required<br>• Artificial nails prohibited - refusal to remove will result in contract termination<br>• Cannot be employed full-time, part-time, or PRN with any CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity facility<br>• Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This medical center operates as a Level 1 trauma facility providing comprehensive acute care services to the community. The infusion department maintains high patient volume with approximately 50 patients treated daily, requiring a dedicated team of 6-7 registered nurses.
