Ultrasound Technologist Job in Bethel, AK

You will perform diagnostic ultrasound imaging examinations on patients across all ages, from newborn through geriatric populations. This role offers you the opportunity to work in a rural healthcare setting while contributing to quality patient care and departmental efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform ultrasound exams including detailed fetal surveys
• Conduct imaging examinations using your specialized training in ultrasound modality
• Maintain quality and continuity of patient care
• Support departmental operations by performing receptionist, clerk, or other duties as needed

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Sonography program or equivalent
• Current ARDMS registration (Abdomen or OB/GYN); multiple specialties preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Two years post-graduation experience preferred
• GE ultrasound experience preferred
• Trophon experience preferred

• Guaranteed 40 hours per week (note: first week is orientation beginning Tuesday, so guaranteed hours do not apply that week)

Compensation & Benefits:

• $110 per hour
• Weekly pay: $3,212
