Sleep Tech - Polysomnographer

Job Details:

• Work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM Thursday through Saturday
• 13-week assignment duration
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience within specialty required
• Required certification: AHA BLS (American Heart Association Basic Life Support)
• Must possess current and unrestricted certification as Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT) Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT)
• Prepare adolescent, adult and geriatric patients and equipment for sleep disorders testing
• Monitor polysomnogram and document per policy
• Must have good written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated expertise in sleep disorders, sleep activity, abnormalities, movement arousals, and respirations required
• Minimum one year experience in sleep study activity
• No local candidates within 50 miles will be considered
