Med Surg RN Job in Neenah, WI

You'll provide direct patient care on our Medical-Surgical unit at ThedaCare - Neenah, working 3x12-hour night shifts beginning at 5:30 PM. This 8-week contract offers 36 guaranteed hours per week with every other weekend required.

Your Clinical Responsibilities

• Care for trauma surgical, neuro, and ortho patients with a 1:5–1:6 patient ratio during night hours
• Manage chest tubes, PCA/epidural/Q-ball, and CBI systems
• Provide post-operative care for neuro and ortho trauma surgeries
• Float throughout the facility within your skillset and to all facilities within a 60-mile radius as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years RN experience and 2+ years Med/Surg experience
• Neuro/ortho trauma experience required
• EPIC charting experience within the last 2 years
• Wisconsin RN License, AHA BLS, and NIHSS certification
• Associate degree or certificate minimum; bachelor's degree preferred
