Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on Surgical 3A floor
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36 or 48 hours (must be indicated on submission)
• 13-week assignment length
• Weekend hours as required by facility
• No call requirements
• Will float on a rotational basis
• Patient ratios: Days 1:5-1:6, nights 1:6-1:8 (estimates)
• 32-bed unit caring for cardiac/med-surg patients
• 1 year telemetry experience required (inpatient only)
• Experience and competence in drug titration required
• Current RN License (Missouri eligible or currently licensed)
• Required certifications: BLS from AHA, 4 trauma credits (or complete within first two weeks), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
• Preferred certification: ACLS from AHA
• Equipment used: Alaris pumps, telemetry, lift equipment
• EMR system: EPIC
• Dress code: Black scrubs required
• Night shift orients on day shift and must be available entire orientation week
• Trauma experience preferred
• Must be determined, decisive, and flexible personality fit
